Kijiji bowflex treadmill
If the Manshway design team engineered a storage rack for towels and clean laundry, it wouldn’t look like a treadmill.
Unfortunately, plenty of articles of expensive home gym equipment become nothing more than clutter in a matter of weeks or months, often while exorbitant monthly payments are still being made on them. This is not the Manshway way - our core values state that nothing should ever be wasted, including our money.
The ultimate home gym, in our humble opinion, is the one that gets used.
There are as many different ways to work out as there are pages in the kama sutra. And like the kama sutra, they all lead to the same place. If your workout gear isn’t working out, ditch it and find something that does. Here’s our philosophy on the home gym:It need not be expensive.
The centerpiece of your home gym is right now languishing in someone’s basement. Let someone else pay for the infomercials and slick marketing brochures, and wait for them to get tired of feeling guilty every time they do the laundry. Then snatch it up, likely already assembled but virtually unused, from Ebay, Craigslist or Kijiji.

And u wanna pinch my excuses? Haha, never heard of that one b4.
Anyway, yeah I do this when I wake up usually. I just got home from work and feel great! I had energy all day. I mean, besides my darn headache!!!!! Thats personal stuff from home tho. I need my walks to keep me sane.
I'm tryin to loose a couple pounds and thought walking would be a good start. I've switched from real ... motivate me though? Give me a good idea that I haven't thought of yet? Was thinking to take up yoga once a week, I have my way around the payments (cuz I'm smart). Hip-hop dance classes would be fun too. THATS IT, I like the group settings to be more motivated. A darn TV can't motivate me. LOL I just figured it out. I better get to bed now, thinking (typing) out loud too much.
Question for me?2010-03-12 17:02:44 by erikcreature
I never said that the treadmill is a piece of junk. You must be confusing that, with my comments about that piece of junk Bowflex. A treadmill is fine, for what it was originally intended, physical therapy for rehabilitating people coming back from injuries, surgery or sickness. People who ain't running a 5K anytime soon, but need help just going through the walking motions again. As others have...ebounder trampoline, as it extents the range of motion of the calf muscle, as the surface of the rebounder gives and your heel goes deeper into the material, than the rest of your foot, thereby stretching the calf muscle, and building it in a different way again.. The latter two machines would benefit runners, the former two, no. Still, if you are going to run, then real world running time works.

I worked at a club that had the cybex treadclimbers they were like 6-7K and they worked great, except they broke more often than any other machine. we also sold the bowflex ones. they work great at first but theres 2 many moving parts and they break quicker than say an elliptical or treadmill. they only go to a certain speed, 4.0mph which is a brisk walk but you grow out of walking and you will need sumthing better eventually. I would suggest a stationary bike or elliptical that changes levels to make it harder, but if you can run outside its alot cheaper than a treadmill.
