    • Cardio workout and fat burning workout are totaly different, keep up your cardio its fine.     I am 5'7-5'8 and weigh 170 pounds. I have actually lost almost 20 pounds without excersize by cutting out a lot of beverages and replacing them with water. This is fine and all, but i want to lose a little bit more weight …ally am not looking to become the super fit guy on the bowflex commercial or something. I don't want to add pushups and situps to any of this. Really I just wanna take off some weight and get better cardio. Thanks a lot!
