    • Cardio workout and fat burning workout are totaly different, keep up your cardio its fine. If you want to increase muscle size its best to go with free weights, not exactly a fact, but if you ask any bodybuilder or mass b …akes you have fake water muscles, muscles are 70% water to start off with... so i would suggest getting on a creatine, it's awesome stuff Um.. i think i covered everything, if you have any other questions feel free to ask

    I am 5'7-5'8 and weigh 170 pounds. I have actually lost almost 20 pounds without excersize by cutting out a lot of beverages and replacing them with water. This is fine and all, but i want to lose a little bit more weight …ally am not looking to become the super fit guy on the bowflex commercial or something. I don't want to add pushups and situps to any of this. Really I just wanna take off some weight and get better cardio. Thanks a lot!

    I've heard the basics about boot camp... running, pushups, sittups, more running, more pushups... I finally decided to join the Army and it has motivated me to finally reach my weight-loss goal of 135lbs. Being in good …m, and use a friends treadmill 4 times a week. I cant afford a bowflex, lol, and in the next two months I'll be joining up and shipping off to boot camp, and I'd like to be better prepared for the physical aspect of it.

    • If you continue to lose weight at a rate of about 3 pounds a week, then in 2 months (8 wks), you should be about 24 pounds lighter.
