Bowflex Treadclimber TC5 Review
... machine user manual for bowflex treadclimber tc5500 stepper machine

To lose weight, you either need to reduce your calorie intake or increase the number of calories you burn each day through exercise. Most people prefer the exercise option since it also burns off stress. If you are looking for a home exercise machine that can do the job, the Bowflex TreadClimber TC5 may just be the answer.

TreadClimber TC5

The Bowflex TreadClimber TC5 is a combination of a stair climber and a treadmill. There are two separate treads, one for each foot. As you walk forward on them, each tread lifts into the air at the front. This gives you the practical effect of walking up hill, an exercise that turbo charges your rate of burning calories and will give you legs that would make a ballerina jealous.

There is a horizontal bar with handles located in front of the treads. The TC5 is very stable, but this gives you something to hold onto until you get used to the motion. The bar also contains a digital information center where you can record calories burned, time on the machine, distance walked and your speed. Pretty everything anyone would want to know while working out.

The TC5 comes with a number of standard features that can help you reach your workout goals. They include:

Weight systems are cheap and small. You can find used BowFlex on CL for $400. You can get a treadmill at Play it Again for $500. Whatever you need you can buy, cheap as a used product. People buy these all the time, use them for 30 days and then stop. They spend $2K on a system and sell it two years later for $400 after using it 10 times.
Then you can use for free and sell it when you are done. No travel time, no membership, no fees, and you have an asset, not a monthly bill.

  • Avatar Mean What you Say and say it I need some helpful and honest advise on this purchase?

I just want to say thank you for clicking the link and answering my question, I do appriciate it. I want to purchase a exercise machine but the reality is I'm not sure which one to buy. I kinda like the new bowflex tread …y other option was this Elliptical machine that makes no noise and its not hudge for the prize of 888.00, has anyone ever used the new bowflex treadclimber machine ? I mean, what do you advise me. Thank you for your time

    • I have an elliptical strider and like it very much. It also gives an upper body workout when you use it correctly. In my part of the world, it is cold and rainy a lot of the time, so an indoor exercise machine works great …s available any time you want to use it. Don't spend a lot of money, I got mine for just under $200. You can always trade in and upgrade, or sell. Best wishes. I think the foul mouthed commentator needs his diaper changed
