Bowflex treadmill models
Bowflex is known for its various treadmills. While there are many different treadmills Bowflex offers one top model is the Bowflex Series 7 treadmill. This treadmill is made with many differences from other treadmills offered by Bowflex.
The motor that the Series 7 treadmill uses is more powerful than other Bowflex treadmill models. The Series 7 motor is 3. 0 horsepower in strength. It can handle speeds of up to eleven miles per hour. This makes it much more powerful than that of what is used in other Bowflex models. For instance, the Series 3 motor is a little over half as strong at 1. 75 horsepower in strength. Also, the Series 5 one is only 2. 5 horsepower in strength.
More programs are available on the Series 7 treadmill. The Series 3 treadmill uses six programs while the Series 5 has twelve. The Series 7 model uses fifteen programs. These programs come in a variety of forms. They include programs that work with different incline levels and different speeds.
The belt used on the treadmill is important for any treadmill user. Different belts are used for different Bowflex treadmills. The Series 7 treadmill uses a two-ply belt that is strong and can handle many workouts. The Series 3 and 5 treadmills use one-ply belts that are not as durable.
The last part of the Series 7 treadmill deals with its warranty and price. The Series 7 treadmill is more expensive than other Bowflex treadmills. It can cost nearly fifteen hundred dollars. It has a long warranty though. A ten year warranty is on the motor and a year of labor coverage is available.

To heal and grow, they need recovery time to repair all the little tears in them made during resistance exercise. working the same muscles every day on your bowflex is counterproductive. to see progress faster, giving the muscles time to heal by going to a split routine for every day or a whole body routine every other day would be a better move.
would you have time for cardio exercise if you had a stationary bike, treadmill or elliptical at home?
fwiw, i agree with everyone who is telling you to lose weight, gain muscle, and focus on an end goal weight later. i'm assuming what you really want is to look great, be healthy and be in the best shape of your life.

Our home gym is in our basement. We have a what I think you're talking about for the standard weight exercises, a treadmill, and an elliptical. Been thinking about getting a rowing machine, but haven't yet. We also have a TV with VHS/DVD and mats down for stretching (and some lifting).
I don't know if you know what you're doing with weights, but you might want to get a book to help you get...'re working all of the major muscle groups. I know I've mentioned it on here before, but my favorite is "Getting Stronger" by Bill Pearl, which was the textbook for the weightlifting class I took in college. We had considered getting a Bowflex, but decided that I'd try sticking to a routine in there for a few months to see if I got the benefit I wanted without crowding our space more, and I did.
